About Upward
St. Paul offers Upward Basketball and Cheerleading for coed youth k-6th grade. Registration begins in the fall with practices beginning in December and gamedays running Saturdays in January and February.
Winter Weather Policy
St. Paul Upward Basketball and Cheerleading follows JCPS closings. If JCPS is closed or dismisses early, there is no Upward practice. You can check the scrolling text on the website home page, St. Paul Facebook page, or the local television stations for Saturday game day cancellations.
