Activities Small Groups
If you are interested in joining a Small Group Activity, or forming a new one, please take a moment to complete the Activities Ministry Survey.

Exercise/Sports/Open Gym
Stretch and Flex Exercise
This class was designed for Senior Adults and those seeking a low impact, light weight workout focused on maintaining mobility and strengthening joints and muscles.  Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. in the Youth Center.  The instructor is Nyla Ruckriegel, and the cost is $3 per class or $5 per week.

Yoga
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M., both days.  The instructor is Melanie McCool, feel free to call for more information 454-7280.  Cost is $5 per class and meets in the Youth Center. 

Open Gym
Runs August through May
Youth Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Men’s Mondays, 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 PM.  (Ages 30 and up)

Weight Room*
Open during regular office hours and Open gym times. 
*Must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.

Other Activities/Special Events
Tickets now on sale for Dancing with the Stars!

The Third Annual Dancing with the Stars, will be held Friday night, April 18, 2008, at St. Paul UMC.  Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m., dancing starts at 7:30 p.m.  The meal is catered and there will be a live DJ.  The music is for all generations and styles of dancing, and the fellowship is great.  This is also a great opportunity for those friends or neighbors you've been wanting to invite to church.

Tickets for this semi-formal event are on sale NOW! Tickets are $18 per person or $4 per person if you just want to come and dance.  Call or email Brian Wright, 459-1595 ext. 25, bwright@stpaulchurch.net, to reserve your tickets today.  (Childcare will be provided for $2 per child and we'll have pizza for the kids.)

In the 2006-2007 season, we had over 185 players and cheerleaders, more than 40 coaches and referees, and many more volunteers take part in this exciting program.  Every year, the league grows bigger and bigger, and we are very happy to have so many families participate from all over the Louisville area.
